Avanti Feeds net profit rises 119.36% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 75.37% to Rs 273.93 crore

Net profit of Avanti Feeds rose 119.36% to Rs 14.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 6.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 75.37% to Rs 273.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 156.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 131.04% to Rs 69.75 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 30.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 74.07% to Rs 1112.61 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 639.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
