Axis Bank allots 25,000 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 25,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 11 October 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,47,51,062 (307,23,75,531 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,48,01,062 (307,24,00,531 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
