Under ESOP scheme
AXIS Bank has announced that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 89,464 equity shares of Rs 10 each on 18 March 2014, under the ESOP scheme of the Bank.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,95,13,239 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46,96,02,703 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
