Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 1,12,510 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 19 January 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,75,88,384 (236,37,94,192 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to 472,78,13,404 Rs. (236,39,06,702 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
