Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 37,435 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 05 October 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,58,88,900 (237,79,44,450 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,59,63,770 (237,79,81,885 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
