Axis Bank net profit rises 21.76% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Axis Bank rose 21.76% to Rs 1555.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1277.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Total Operating Income rose 16.29% to Rs 7047.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 6060.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net profit rose 22.09% to Rs 5179.43 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4242.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Total Operating Income rose 23.59% to Rs 27182.57 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 21994.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
