Axis Bank reports consolidated net loss of Rs 1262.43 crore in the March 2020 quarter

Net loss of Axis Bank reported to Rs 1262.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against net profit of Rs 1671.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Total Operating Income rose 9.33% to Rs 16503.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 15094.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net profit declined 63.22% to Rs 1853.11 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 5038.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Total Operating Income rose 13.69% to Rs 63715.68 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 56043.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
