Axtel Industries net profit rises 563.33% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 21.81% to Rs 21.62 crore

Net profit of Axtel Industries rose 563.33% to Rs 1.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 21.81% to Rs 21.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 27.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 18.34% to Rs 2.76 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 3.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 20.30% to Rs 48.13 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 60.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
