Bajaj Electricals announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its 31st meeting held on 23 September 2015 allotted 26,900 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 12 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up capital of the Company comprise of 100,902,426 equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs. 201,804,852/-.
