Bajaj Electricals announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its 32nd meeting held on 25 November 2015 allotted 46550 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, fully paid-up, in the Company to 15 Employee Stock Option Grantees on their exercise of options granted under ESOP.Post this allotment, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up capital of the Company comprise of 100948976equity shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid up amounting to Rs. 20,18,97,952/-
