Bajaj Finance in focus after raising funds via NCDs

Bajaj Finance said that its debenture allotment committee at its meeting held on 4 September 2017, allotted 5,050 non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 505 crore on private placement. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 4 September 2017.
