Balasore Alloys standalone net profit declines 98.45% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 6.25% to Rs 325.31 crore

Net profit of Balasore Alloys declined 98.45% to Rs 0.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 44.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 6.25% to Rs 325.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 346.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 21.62% to Rs 65.56 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 83.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 19.62% to Rs 1210.34 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1011.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
