Balmer Lawrie & Company standalone net profit declines 3.35% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 7.64% to Rs 650.18 crore

Net profit of Balmer Lawrie & Company declined 3.35% to Rs 66.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 68.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 7.64% to Rs 650.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 604.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 10.69% to Rs 163.20 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 147.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 0.92% to Rs 2683.22 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2708.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
