Bank of Baroda to participate in IPO of UTI AMC

Bank of Baroda announced that the Investment Committee of the Bank in its meeting held on 09 December 2019 has approved the participation of Bank of Baroda in the initial public offering of equity shares of UTI Asset Management Company by way of an offer for sale for up to 1,04,59,949 equity shares held by it, subject to approval of SEBI and other regulatory authority.
