Bartronics India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through a Circular Resolution dated 05 July 2016, have accepted the notice of resignation dated 30 June 2016 of C. Prakash Ramaiah, Independent Director of the Company. Through the said Circular Resolution, the Board of Directors have approved to relieve C.
