BASF India standalone net profit rises 55.09% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 5.02% to Rs 1334.51 crore

Net profit of BASF India rose 55.09% to Rs 65.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 42.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 5.02% to Rs 1334.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1270.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 246.50 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 14.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 9.49% to Rs 5539.71 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 5059.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
