Batliboi has allotted 33,333 (Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three only) shares on 27 January 2015 at the exercise price of Rs. 15.75 to the grantee who has exercised his options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
