Bayer CropScience net profit declines 35.65% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 43.14% to Rs 525.90 crore

Net profit of Bayer CropScience declined 35.65% to Rs 46.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 71.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 43.14% to Rs 525.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 367.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 75.08% to Rs 289.50 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1161.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 19.81% to Rs 3146.20 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2626.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
