Beekay Steel Industries standalone net profit rises 94.22% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 40.74% to Rs 287.98 crore

Net profit of Beekay Steel Industries rose 94.22% to Rs 19.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 9.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 40.74% to Rs 287.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 204.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 105.25% to Rs 70.79 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 34.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 35.64% to Rs 978.23 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 721.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
