BEML standalone net profit rises 164.28% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 63.96% to Rs 1268.28 crore

Net profit of BEML rose 164.28% to Rs 168.85 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 63.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 63.96% to Rs 1268.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 773.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 44.44% to Rs 6.76 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 4.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 3.57% to Rs 2776.55 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 2879.39 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
