Bharat Electronics standalone net profit rises 9.91% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 10.74% to Rs 3135.42 crore

Net profit of Bharat Electronics rose 9.91% to Rs 794.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 722.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 10.74% to Rs 3135.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 2831.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 16.31% to Rs 1357.67 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1167.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 7.17% to Rs 7154.08 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 6675.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
