Bharti Infratel drops after Q4 results

The company announced Q4 results during trading hours today, 30 April 2013.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 134.72 points or 0.69% at 19,522.22.

On BSE, 58,000 shares were traded in the counter as against average daily volume of 31,000 shares in past two weeks.

The stock hit a high of Rs 182.95 and a low of Rs 177.30 so far during the day.

The large-cap company has equity capital of Rs 1888.74 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

Bharti Infratel's consolidated net profit jumped 33.82% to Rs 1002.50 crore on 10.29% growth in total income to Rs 10584.70 crore in the year ended 31 March 2013 (FY 2013) over the year ended 31 March 2012 (FY 2012).

Bharti Infratel's board of directors at a meeting held today, 30 April 2013, recommended dividend of Rs 3 per share for FY 2013.
