Sales decline 10.93% to Rs 2399.73 crore

Net loss of Bhushan Steel reported to Rs 19.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 280.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 10.93% to Rs 2399.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 2694.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 93.18% to Rs 61.96 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 908.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 10.05% to Rs 9247.82 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 10280.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
