Blue Star standalone net profit declines 32.45% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 10.10% to Rs 1090.03 crore

Net profit of Blue Star declined 32.45% to Rs 71.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 106.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 10.10% to Rs 1090.03 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 990.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 19.51% to Rs 122.77 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 152.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 14.98% to Rs 3494.81 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 3039.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
