Blue Star standalone net profit rises 148.12% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 14.85% to Rs 990.04 crore

Net profit of Blue Star rose 148.12% to Rs 106.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 42.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 14.85% to Rs 990.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 862.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 100.96% to Rs 152.53 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 75.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 10.84% to Rs 3039.48 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 2742.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
