3i Infotech that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 August 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following :- Padmanabhan Iyer, Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has also been appointed as Managing Director with immediate effect. He shall now be designated as Managing Director and Global CEO of the Company.
