Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 December 2015 has approved the following -Accepted the resignation of Sudipta Bhattacharya as CEO and Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 31 December 2015.
Appointed Karan Adani, Executive Director (non-board position) as the CEO of the Company with effect from 01 January 2016.
