Advance Lifestyles announced that resignation submitted by Shri Sundeep Agarwal, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, has been accepted at a Meeting of Board of Directors held on 16 January 2015 and Som Dutt Vyas has been appointed to fill the Casual vacancy, caused by the resignation of Sundeep Agarwal.Som Dutt Vyas will also be a Member of the Sub Committees of Directors, wherever Sundeep Agarwal was a Member.
