The Board of Arms Paper at its meeting held on 29 November 2017 has approved the following -The Board proposed to change the name of the Company from Arms Paper to Arms Overseas or any other name approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The Board also proposed to change the main object of the Company and adopt the change in Memorandum and Articles of Association, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
