Ashika Credit Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 January 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decision :1. Daulat Jain have been appointed as Additional Director (Category - Non Executive Promoter) w.e.f. 14 January 2016 based on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
2. Sanjay Kumar Singh have been appointed as Additional Director (Category - Independent Director ) w.e.f. 14 January 2016 based on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
