At meeting held on 13 February 2015
Aunde India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, has resolved to change the financial year of the Company from July - June to April - March pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 (41) of the Companies Act, 2013.Accordingly, the current accounting year of the Company will be of 9 months ending on 31 March 2015.
