AVI Photochem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and taken on record the following matters:1. Considered and approved appointment of Dimple Vyas in place of Bina K. Vora as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
2. Considered and approved reappointed of M/S. F. P. Vora & Co. Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the Company.
3. Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting of evoting and ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
