Bannari Amman Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, has appointed Radha Ramani as an Additional Director with effect from 11 February 2015. Radha Ramani, a Woman Director would be an Independent Director on the Board.Further, the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 February 2015, designated M. Ramprabhu, Chartered Accountant, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
