At meeting held on 30 October 2017
The Board of Bazel International at its meeting held on 30 October 2017 have accorded their consent to appoint Pooja Chugh as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 30 October, 2017 pursuant to Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013.Further, the Board took note of the resignation of Harkesh Kumar Allagh, from the position of Managing Director as well as Director of the Company.
