Dividend of Re 1 & Special dividend of Rs 2.50 per share
Bhageria Dye Chem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a tax free dividend of 10% i.e. Re 1 per share for the year ended 31 March 2014 and has also recommended an additional special tax free dividend of 25% i.e. Re 2.50 per share to mark completion of 25 years of the Company.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
