The Board of Blue Star at its meeting held on 06 May 2021 has accepted the resignation tendered by Vijay Devadiga as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective close of business hours of 04 June 2021.The Board has appointed Neeraj Basur, Group Chief Financial Officer, as the Company Secretary of the Company effective from 05 June 2021.
