BSEL Infrastructure Realty announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted following businesses:The Board has approved Vijay P. Chauhan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company pursuant to provisions of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 with the rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
