Caprolactam Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:Subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, Siddharth Bhanushali has been appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 01 April 2015.
