CCL International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 January 2015, appointed Devendra Kumar Tyagi as an Additional Director of the Company. Pursuant to section (1) of section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Devendra Kumar Tyagi would hold office upto the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.Devendra Kumar Tyagi does not hold Directorship in any other Company in India.
