Century Textiles & Industries announced that at a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on 31 October 2014, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board S. K. Jain has been appointed as an Additional Director, who will be functioning as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
