The Board of Century Textiles & Industries will meet on 14 October 2021 to approve the proposal related to raising of funds upto Rs. 500 crore in one or more tranches by issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company on private placement basis, subject to such statutory and regulatory approvals as may be necessary under applicable law and within the borrowing limits approved by the shareholders.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
