At meeting held on 13 February 2015
Cimmco announced that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015;1. Dharmendar Nath Davar, has resigned from the Board of the Company at the conclusion of the meeting on 13 February 13, 2015.
2. Ram Narayan Tiwari - Director (Works) who was appointed w.e.f. 25 February 2013 for a period of two years has been re-appointed by the Board for another term of two years with effect from 24 February 2015.
