Board of Circuit Systems (India) consider delisting proposal

At meeting held on 05 October 2015

Circuit Systems (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 October 2015, have taken the following decisions:

1. Taken on record the Promoter's proposal to delist the Company from BSE, the only stock exchange where the shares of the Company are listed;

2. Appointment of PL Capital Markets ('PLCM' or 'Merchant Banker') as the merchant banker for carrying out due diligence as required in terms of regulation 8(1A)(ii) of the Delisting Regulations;

3. Furnishing the details in terms of regulation 8(1A)(iii) of the Delisting Regulations to the Merchant Banker as and when it is available from the Registrar;

4. The Board will again meet after the receipt of the Due Diligence Report from the Merchant Banker.
