Board of CMC recommends dividend

Of Rs 4.35 per share

CMC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 July 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 4.35 per equity Share (i.e. 43.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
