At meeting held on 12 August 2015
CSS Technergy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the following matters:1. Appointment of P. Venkata Rao as the Additional Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. To conduct 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company on 30 September 2015 and also approve the draft AGM Notice and Directors' Report.
