At meeting held on 26 March 2015
DLF announced that the Board met on 26 March 2015 to place on record its appreciation on retirement of T.C. Goyal, Managing Director of the Company, from the services of the Company. He shall cease to be the Managing Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 31 March 2015 upon completion of his term, as was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on 04 April 2013.He has also resigned as Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 31 March 2015, which has been noted and accepted by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held 26 March 2015.
