Eastern Gases announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 July 2016, has considered and approved the followings:1. Appointed Manish Yadav, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Director) on the Board of Director of the Company w.e.f. 11 July 2016.
2. Resigned Tejvir Singh, from the post of directorship w.e.f. 11 July 2016.
3. Resigned Anil Chowdhury, from the post of directorship w.e.f. 11 July 2016.
