At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Eastern Treads announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, inter alia, has decided the following.

1. Appointed Shereen Navaz as an additional Director of the Company.

2. Appointed Rajesh S, Vice President- operations as Chief Financial Officer.

3. Designated the following persons as Whole time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company -

a. M.E Mohamed :- Managing Director

b. Baiju T :- Company Secretary

c. Rajesh S :- Chief Financial Officer
