Electrosteel Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 July 2015, inter alia, have :1. Noted the resignation submitted by Jinendra Kumar Jain, Independent Director of the Company, with effect from 30 July 2015.
2. Appointed Ram Krishna Agarwal as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company with effect from 30 July 2015.
