Engineers India announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 16 November 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended on 30 September 2016 (Q2).The EIL's Board of Directors may consider the Issue of Bonus Shares in the above said Board Meeting.
